Products, Packages Or Services — All our products, packages or services are licensed.
Photoshop Source Files (PSD) — Photoshop source files are licensed and copyrighted under Etechfest and you are not allowed to redistribute these files in any way.
Content — All content, including imagery, published on the etechfest.com domain, including content published on the showcase, is property of Etechfest and under copyright. Any replicated content must be authorized and clearly referenced back to the source. Content from the Etechfest shall not be used or exploited for any commercial and non-private purposes without the prior written consent of Etechfest.
Demo Images — The stock images used on our demo products, packages or services are for demonstration purposes only and are NOT part of the product, package or service. All images are subject to the copyright of their respective owners.
2. Compatibility
Our products, packages or services are developed to work on a self-hosted severs and computers.
3. Updates
We check our products, packages or services for compatibility, and we update them if this is required. Also we update our products, packages or services any time we discover a bug or when a new feature has been added to the products, packages or services if required by the user.
Additional charges will be charged for all updates and new features while their license is inactive.
All updates and new versions are free of charge for existing customers while their license is active.
4. Support
With the purchase of a product, package or service you get full access to our Support Center. This is the quickest and most efficient way for anyone who has purchased a product, a package or a service to receive support. Technical Support is provided on our Support Desk via tickets, and you should not expect it via Facebook, Twitter or any other means. This is the quickest and most efficient way for anyone who has purchased a product, package or service to receive support. Moreover, the support that we offer shall include common issues and bugs that might occur, and not necessarily customization of any products, packages or services.
Support is free of charge for existing customers while their membership is active.
We don’t offer support for installation, customization, administration of products, packages or services itself.

Our products, packages or services are guaranteed to function on a clean installation of products, packages or services or when activated without any changes. Once you modify any of the products, packages or services files or include third party applications, then we cannot guarantee that the products, packages or services will work.
We cannot guarantee that products, packages or services will function with all 3rd party components, plug-ins, browsers, personal computers or servers. Plug-ins, browsers, personal computers or servers compatibility should be tested against the demonstration pages on the demo server. Please ensure that the plug-ins, browsers, personal computers or servers you use will work with the products, packages or services as we can not guarantee that Etechfest products, packages or services will work with all plug-ins, web browsers, personal computers or servers combinations.
